  1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS REFUND POLICY

    We stand behind our products, and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via the Internet we generally offer no refunds.

    As a customer you are responsible for understanding these policies upon purchasing any item at our site.

    If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not signed up for the OPgigSM program, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.

    Non-delivery of the product: If you have notified us of technical issues on the OPgig.com website that prevent you from receiving your results and these issues are not resolved for more than (5) business days after your initial inquiry, we will issue you a refund upon request. Request must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.

  2. CHANGES IN THIS REFUND POLICY STATEMENT

    If we decide to change our Refund Policy, we will post those changes to this Refund Policy and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time, so please review it frequently.
